DESCRIPTION:NACCC Members Monthly Meeting \nHi Everyone\n\nNACCC Annual General Election\n\n\nDate – October 19th\, 2022 \nLocation – The Bigs Freshwater Road\nSchedule\n\n6pm – 7pm – Dinner for those interested\, we will be meeting at 6 to have a chat and a meal before the meeting / election\n7pm – 8pm – Meeting / Election of new executive\n8pm – 9pm – Social – After the meeting / election we will have a social with some Club provided snacks\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe following positions are open to any of our members that are interested. You can put your name forward before by letting the current executive know\, nominations will also be opened during the elections and then votes taken to elect this coming years executive.\n\n\nPresident – The principal officer of the Club. Presiding at all meetings. All other officers are responsible to the President for full and faithful performance of their duties. The President shall represent the Club and assign duties\, responsibilities\, and authority to others\, as may be required\, in the best interest of the Club.\n\nVice President – Assists the President in the performance of his/her responsibilities and duties. Replaces the President in his/her absence.\n\nTreasurer – The financial officer of the Club.  Receives all income of the Club\, and deposits it in the Club name.  Keeps custody of books\, records and documents of the Club\, keeps an accurate financial record of all transactions\, and pays Club expenses. The Treasurer shall submit a Financial Report at each meeting.  The Treasurer shall sign all cheques\, with any other member of the Executive counter-signing. In his/her absence\, the Vice-President will assume duties.\n\nSecretary / Administrator – Keep all records of meetings\, handles correspondence\, club communication\, website maintenance and social media.
